100k Fathers is an organization dedicated to guiding and supporting high-functioning, emotionally intelligent fathers who are losing or have lost contact with their children - especially when there was once a strong, healthy bond. Whether it’s unfolding after a high-conflict divorce, rooted in parental alienation, or caused by other complex life events, this journey is painful, disorienting, and deeply personal - and you don’t have to walk it alone.
Founded by Garry Junkuhn, who walked this road himself and reunited with his two sons after three painful years with no contact. His experience became the foundation for a counterintuitive approach - one refined over the years through the collective wisdom of more than 2,000 fathers.
Many of the fathers we meet have already done everything the system could offer - family court, mandated therapy, reunification experts.
